What we do

We lease the small end of the industrial market. A 900 square foot bay is not worth a brokerage's time and does not survive a listings portal, which strips it to a size and a price. We lease 1,000 to 10,000 square feet, and 8 units are open today.

Three things we do differently

The price includes the triple net

Base rent and the NNN are added together, because that total is what leaves your account each month. Quote base rent alone and a bay looks a few hundred dollars cheaper than it is. Tenants find out at signing.

The photos are the unit

No renderings, and nothing borrowed from the building next door. If a bay has an oil stain on the floor you will see the oil stain here first.

Nothing is gated

Square footage, clear height, loading and cost sit on the page where anyone can read them. Book a tour without handing over an email first. You will be talking to whoever owns the building.
